• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective posters.
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Posters must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of severe damage or printing defects, a replacement or refund will be offered based on availability.
