Cancellation & Shipping Policy
Order Cancellations:
We start preparing your artwork soon after the order is placed, so cancellation availability is limited. For non-custom orders, you may request a cancellation before the order is packed or shipped. For customized artwork, cancellations can only be accepted within 3 hours of placing the order since production begins quickly. After processing starts, cancellation may not be possible. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom artwork may take additional time depending on design complexity.
Shipping Within India:
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service operations. Expected delivery times are:
• Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days
• Express Delivery (if available): 3–5 business days
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can use this to check your delivery status anytime.
Delays & Exceptions:
Delivery may be delayed due to weather issues, courier network problems, festive rush, or high order volume. If your parcel experiences a major delay, you can contact us for assistance.
Address Accuracy:
Please make sure your shipping details are correct while placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Parcels:
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue. If the outer packaging looks visibly damaged at delivery, please refuse the parcel and inform us immediately.
