A. General Agreement
By accessing Aesthetify, placing an order, or interacting with our content, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms of Use along with our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.

B. Website Conduct
You agree to use our platform only for lawful and respectful purposes. Any attempt to disrupt our website, misuse content, or engage in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If you are under 18, please use the website under parental guidance.

C. Ownership of Content
Every artwork, design, logo, image, description, and piece of content available on Aesthetify is our intellectual property or is licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.

D. Custom Artwork Guidelines
When submitting files for customized artwork:
1. You ensure that the images or ideas belong to you or you have full rights to use them.
2. You understand that we are not responsible for copyright issues arising from customer-uploaded material.
3. We may decline artwork that is low resolution, inappropriate, or violates our guidelines.
4. Production for customized items begins soon after ordering, so revisions or cancellations may not always be possible.

E. Ordering & Payments
All purchases must be paid for in full at checkout through our secure payment options. Prices may change occasionally based on product or promotional updates. Orders begin processing after payment confirmation.

F. Delivery & Logistics
Our products are created on demand. Please allow 1–2 working days for printing and preparation before dispatch.
Typical delivery timelines:
• Standard Delivery: 6–10 working days  
• Express Delivery (if available): 3–5 working days  

Once your order leaves our facility, delays caused by couriers, weather, or external issues are beyond our control. A tracking link will be shared with you once the package is shipped.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Aesthetify cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed delivery. For lost or damaged packages, contact us immediately and we will assist in resolving the matter.

G. Cancelling an Order
For personalized/custom artwork:
• Cancellation is only possible within **3 hours** of placing the order.  
After this window, production may have begun and cancellation is unlikely.

For non-custom artwork:
• Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.  
If the package is already dispatched, our return policy will apply.

H. Returns & Claims
We accept returns ONLY in the following cases:
• The item arrives damaged  
• The product delivered is incorrect  

You must inform us within **2 days** of receiving your order and provide proof (photos/videos). Once approved, a refund or replacement will be processed according to our Return Policy.

Customized pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

I. Responsibility Limits
Aesthetify cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using our website or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order concerned.
