Return & Refund Policy
At Aesthetify, every artwork is created with attention and care. We want your experience with us to feel smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Below is our simple and clear policy for returns, refunds, and replacements.
When Returns Are NOT Accepted:
Since our prints are made to order, returns cannot be accepted for the following:
• Change of mood or preference
• Ordering the wrong size or design
• Accidental orders
• Customized artwork
• Packages accepted despite visibly damaged outer packaging
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
We only offer refunds or replacements if the product you receive is:
• damaged,
• defective, or
• different from what you ordered.
To file a claim, you MUST provide:
1. A single, continuous unboxing video showing the package from the moment it is opened.
2. Clear visibility of the issue in the same video.
3. Submission of the video to support@aesthetify.in within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests without an unboxing video or sent after 24 hours cannot be processed.
What Happens After You Submit:
• Our team will review the video and verify the issue.
• If approved, we will either replace the product or issue your refund based on your preference.
• Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
• Processing may take up to 5 business days once approved.
Important Delivery Note:
If the parcel arrives with noticeable external damage, please do NOT accept it.
Refuse delivery and let us know immediately — accepted damaged parcels may not qualify for compensation unless properly documented.
